The Manager’s Circle is a year-long leadership peer learning program designed to support managers in the transition from technical expert to people leader.

Investment

$500/mo CAD + GST

$5,400 paid in full (equivalent to $450/month, *save $600*)

Includes:

  • Bonus individual onboarding call
  • Ten 2-hour group coaching sessions
  • 1:1 coaching sessions with Melanie Richmond every other month
  • Light snack and coffee during sessions
