Behavioural Science Research Leads to Labor-Saving Practices

This in-house session shares the latest behavioural science research designed for labor-saving practices that address workaholism, being over busy, information overload, and other common concerns in today’s corporate arena.

You’ll get the facts, set up a change management strategy, and implement it. Documentation as well as technical and online resources are included in the presentation.

1. The Morning: Managing Energy, not Time

Armed with the latest productivity research, participants will create an action plan for renewing and sustaining the energy to change unproductive habits, work better, smarter, and more efficiently. They will learn ways to balance their interests in career achievement with their demands at work and at home.

2. The Afternoon: Applications in the Workplace

Participants will understand how current workflow management methods drain energy and focus. They will use action items from the morning session to develop strategies that maximize time and energy. Participants will learn how to build energy reserves by more clearly managing stress and pressure leaving with a clear path from chaos to order, as well as the enthusiasm and motivation to implement it.
