Coaching Peer Mentoring Groups
An effective method for sustained implementation of coaching skills is when companies create Peer Mentoring Groups within their leadership team. Facilitated by an Einblau consultant at regular intervals, these groups become a sounding board and advisory group to discuss and use their coaching skills more broadly to address organizational challenges.
