Our latest session in our Critical Topic Discussion Group focused on the NEW Realities of Management and Leadership. The attendees were able to share and gain insights with other managers and leaders about the pivots and shifts they've had to make in managing their teams.
Leaders came together to discuss how to create a supportive work environment that holds space for the variety of losses staff may be experiencing from Covid-19 changes (loss of certainty, freedom, financial security, etc.). In response to our overwhelmingly positive feedback from our Series 1 participants, Einblau & Associates launched a second complimentary Critical Topic Discussion Group Series. The focus of this 3-session series is issues related to getting back to work while in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Topic 1 took place on May 12th. Our keynote speaker Mary Beth Gibbons RN, discussed best practices for a safe, yet productive workplace in the presence of Covid-19.
Our third session in the Critical Topic Discussion Series focused on Supporting Staff Mental Health. Our keynote speaker is Aaron Telnes - Registered Psychologist at Calgary Career Counselling.
On April 1st, 2020 Einblau & Associates hosted a Discussion Session for managers and leaders to talk about the challenges of communicating with their staff during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The session consisted of 15 minutes of best practice information by our keynote speaker Dawn O'Connor – Facilitator and Master Productivity Ninja. Subsequently, everyone was divided into breakout groups for 45 minutes to discuss questions and concerns on this topic and get insights from others.
On March 26, 2020 Einblau & Associates hosted a Discussion Session to gather clients together to discuss how to communicate with their staff during this COVID-19 Pandemic. The session consisted of 15 minutes of best practice information by our keynote speaker Jason Mercier - Manager Investor Relations, Novagold Resources Inc. Then a 45 minute breakout session where participants were able to discuss questions and concerns they may have and get insights from others in the group.
