Seminars and Training Programs
Einblau & Associates
specialize in developing seminars to meet specific needs. We also
have a variety of previously developed seminars that can be customized
to meet specific requirements.
Our Seminar
Approach
Einblau & Associates follow a set of guidelines for all of their training
programs.
- All sessions
are highly practical. Theory is provided to set the context and
to elaborate on learning points but the emphasis is on application
of the seminar material in the participants' working environments.
- Participants
are invited to become involved in the seminar. A lecture format
is used when appropriate, but other teaching methods such as small
group discussions, participant/trainer discussion and in-class
activities are utilized. Each seminar is interactive.
- Seminar material
is relevant to the participants and their work environments.
- The time
spent in the training session is time well spent. Learning is
fun, motivating and thought provoking.
- Session material
is customized to fit the client's particular learning objectives.
