One and a Half Hours, Four Hours or One Day

Topics covered include:

• Overcoming resistance and gaining full participation in the strategic planning process
• Incorporating vision and values into planning
• Developing a strategic plan, step by step

The four hour and full day sessions are practical and hands-on giving participants the opportunity to work on parts of their own strategic plan. The one-day format includes special pre-planning exercises that begin the strategic planning process and also help to mesh the strategic plan with personal goals.
