Customized Laser Tag Team Building

People to work together as new or reenergized teams; finding effective ways of solving problems.

What we do:

• We meet with you to determine your team or employee issues or challenges.
• With you, we develop three specific learning modules focusing on real life challenges (e.g., getting communications clear, working in a changing environment, attaining planned goals by improvising and exploiting opportunities).
• We structure a team-based laser tag learning experience involving four segments - a familiarization game and three "module" games in which teams plan and execute their strategy to win.
• Each game session is debriefed to discover how well a team's plan was executed, evaluate the team's effectiveness and discuss what individuals learned from the experience.
• The final debrief is a discussion about how the experience will be applied back on the job.

An insurance company administrative department was experiencing low energy. Department meetings were going nowhere. After Laser Tag Team Building the department manager had to "close meetings down" because people were so energized, they would not stop contributing. Morale and energy went way up!

A produce processing plant used Laser Tag Team Building as an introduction to a training session in which managers learned new communications and coaching skills.
