Einblau & Associates is a full-service management consulting firm specializing in organization development. We provide consulting services and training programs focused on management practices and continuous improvement of organizational methods. We help clients identify issues critical to their business success and implement practical, effective solutions.

Since 1985, Einblau & Associates has helped clients achieve their business goals by increasing productivity and improving quality of work life. In 1988, we were incorporated as a limited company in the Province of British Columbia.

Our firm has provided services to clients in Canada, the United States and China. We are very proud that a number of our clients have used our services for more than 10 years. We are a team of organization development consultants who support clients in building their company value through people.

Ron specializes in the areas of strategic planning, organization development, and customer and employee surveys across all industry sectors. Prior to founding Einblau & Associates, Ron managed organization development and training functions for a large utility and a retail chain with 22 outlets. Ron is past president of the Vancouver Chapter of the American Society for Quality. He holds an M.A. in behavioural science.

Vice President

Harriett specializes in organization development, strategic planning, training and leadership coaching. She has provided consulting and advisory services across industry sectors as wide ranging as engineering, health care and insurance. Harriett excels as a keynote speaker, a management trainer and an executive coach and holds an honours degree in education with specialized training in entrepreneurial business management.

Senior Consultant & Manager, Alberta

Rachelle specializes in organization development, strategic planning, and leadership training and coaching. Her work is focused on helping managers develop superior working relationships with their project and staff teams to create a positive and successful work environment. She helps leaders develop workplaces that foster commitment and engagement by helping them create a motivating and rewarding environment for all employees.

Rachelle has provided consulting and advisory services across various industry sectors such as engineering, financial services, manufacturing, graphic design/advertising, health care and social services. Before joining the Einblau team she was the CEO of a well-known communications research company.

She is a high energy and engaging instructor who practices what she teaches. She backs her theory with real life examples and has won praise for her down-to-earth approach.

Master Trainer &
Energy Management Consultant

Dawn Groves is an author, trainer and energy management consultant. She has written several books on lifestyle management, adult education, and computer topics. Among her titles are Stress Reduction for Busy People: Finding Peace in an Anxious World (New World Library), Yoga for Busy People: Increase Energy and Reduce Stress in Minutes a Day (New World Library), The Author’s Guide to the Internet (Franklin, Beedle and Associates, Inc.) , and The Web Page Workbook (Franklin, Beedle and Associates, Inc.). She also consults with businesses on how to implement energy and workflow management strategies. Her work has been quoted in publications such as Yoga Journal, Fitness Magazine, Prevention, Professional Excellence, Success, Bottom Line Personal, Adventures Northwest, Good Housekeeping and others. Ms. Groves has consulted with city government services, private industry and educational institutions and is a sought-after presenter and radio personality. A mother of two children, she manages her energy by sea kayaking and practicing martial tai chi.

Technical Applications Consultant

Glenn Shield has expertise in authoring technical manuals and complex procedures, in the form of User Guides using a wide variety of software applications.
Glenn has delivered a variety of training courses in Canada, the United States and the United Arab Emirates, for technical and non-technical staff. As well, he has been retained over the last 20 years by the Government of British Columbia Apprenticeship Branch to advise and teach the “CATV Provincial Apprenticeship” program.
