DNA Position Survey Report

With input from individuals who understand a position well, this report identifies the importance and ranks of 23 soft skills that contribute to performance success in a particular job.

The Position Survey Report provides detailed descriptions and behavioural interview questions for the job's top seven soft skills competencies.

DNA Personal Soft Skills Indicator Report

This report is used to analyze an individual's mastery of 23 soft skills on three levels: Mastered, Some Mastered, and Not Yet Mastered.

The report can be implemented quickly and compared to the key soft skills requirements of a particular job to verify an applicant's "fit" to the job, employee development needs, or performance management issues.
