DESCRIPTION:
This program
focuses on providing participants with an overview of the Performance
Management process. The course will cover all aspects of performance
management from developing work goals and objectives with employees;
assessing how well objectives are being met; conducting feedback
conversations with employees.
The techniques learned in this session will motivate and encourage
you to reconsider some of the ways in which you plan for and conduct
ongoing performance reviews. Through a series of mini lectures and
participation, you will actively learn how to use tested processes
and interview techniques.
